The bag is good. I stopped using it because I would put a lot of items in it and it would get really heavy. The shoulder strap doesn’t have a shoulder pad so it would really dig into your skin and leave marks. I am also on the shorter side and the highest you could adjust the bag was still low for me so the bag would sit at my lower thighs and bounce every time I walked. It’s a really pretty bag! Just not very practical if you want to carry a lot of things.
