Lifetime Guarantee
Howl + Hide unconditionally warrants that it will repair or, at their discretion, replace any and all products found to contain any defects in material or workmanship. This warranty covers replacement parts, material and labor. The warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, or products that have been modified in any way. Belts are not included in Howl and Hide's lifetime guarantee. Canvas bags will have to be assessed by our production team before making a determination on repair eligibility and options.
To begin this process, customers should send all requests for warranty or repair work to howdy@howlandhidesupply.com. Proof of purchase is required, so please include your order or receipt number and shipping address.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning a bag to Howl + Hide. How + Hide will cover all shipping costs encountered when returning repaired or replaced items to the customer.
All items marked "as-is" or "scratch 'n dent" are final sale items and are not covered by Howl + Hide's limited lifetime guarantee.
For items that do not fall under our warranty, our team will assess the item to determine eligibility and cost for repairs.

Return Policy
Howl + Hide offers a full refund on any Howl + Hide product within fourteen days of purchase. For online orders, refunds are available within fourteen days of delivery. Exchanges for another Howl + Hide product or for in-store credit are accepted within 30 days of purchase or delivery. Items must be unused to qualify for return or exchange. Your satisfaction with your Howl + Hide product is our number one priority. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us at howdy@howlandhidesupply.com for further instructions.
Any items that are shipped internationally are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sample Sale items and all items marked "as-is" or "scratch 'n dent" are final sale items and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Shipping
We typically use USPS shipping. Shipping times vary depending on location. Orders over $200 are eligible for free shipping (U.S. only). All returns are processed through USPS. International orders are not eligible for free shipping and are not returnable for a refund or store credit.
Custom Work
No. Howl + Hide does not accept commissions for custom or one-off items of any kind.
However, we do offer private label services. Private label products typically consist of a large run of customizable products for individuals or companies. Any requests for private label products should be directed to mike@howlandhidesupply.com.
Leather Care
Help our products live their best life by caring for them. We recommend regularly using a leather conditioner (here is ours) to keep your product looking it's best. Make sure to apply leather conditioner right away as it helps form a natural barrier against dust, dirt, grim etc.
